§ 6C-17. Appeals.

(a)

Final decisions of the plan-approving authority concerning violations of this chapter shall be subject to review by the Rockingham County Board of Supervisors provided an appeal is filed by the permittee within thirty (30) days from the date of any written decision by the authority.

(b)

Final decisions of the governing body concerning violations of this chapter shall be subject to review by the court of record of Rockingham County, provided an appeal is filed within thirty (30) days from the date of any written decision by the governing body.
